Politics and more...

I was thinking the other day about the names of various political affiliations, and to be quite truthful, most of them are remarkably misleading.

As such I'm going to ask everyone to create a name for their own personal political standpoint. It should be truthful and accurate.

Mine would be: Obnoxious Leftist Satirist.

And a side note, it turns out I have an American lecturer and tutor for "War and Peace in the Pacific" which covers WW2, Korea, Vietnam and other regional conflicts. My god I can see those tutes getting messy.

Libertarian realist libertine. That's "realist" in the international relations context, not any kind of value judgement on my opinions.

Wow! me too!

I plan on one day starting the "No Bullshit" party (slogan: Homosexual marriages, women's rights, and corporate deregulation, all in one platform). I will be running for President in 2020, as America's first atheist president. This will of course occur after I become senator for California. (Senator Cheswick, NBS)

So, remember, kids! Vote Cheswick for President 2020! It's the free choice.

Centrist Californian Fiscal Conservative

Translation: Could care less what people do in bed, believes there is too much duplication in gov't, likes lots of parks and trees, wants to catapault illegals back across the border.

--Don't know what I would be called. Seems like one would have to use an imaginary number to describe me using the current political terminology (though many just right me off as a nut). If I think of something I'll edit this post.

They need some rich idiot to take it under their wing and give it popularity. Hey, if a Lord can get a guy in a monster suit into the elections for most of Britain, anything can be done.

I'd say I'm a socially liberal conservative, meaning that I oppose any laws discriminating against homosexuals and Atheists, as well as anti-sodomy laws, as I believe it is simply absurd to make a victimless crime punsihable by jail time. I'd consider myself a conservative, though, since I support conservative stances on education, taxes, and other domestic issues. I won't be considering a run for any political office, and I believe I'd find fewer crooks in prison.

I have no idea what my political leanings would be. The Political Compass tells me I'm a leftist libertarian.

Didn't they get a seat in the last election?

Or was that the Grey Party?

That's good stuff.

As for me, I'm liberal, no qualifiers needed.
