Since R2 has never had his memory wiped, what would Han & Leia's reaction be to finding the Episode 2.1 Wedding Night Holo?

Chances that Annie used one of the following lines:

"Feel the force inside you"

"No.....I AM your Daddy"

or something worse.

"Annie, please; not in front of the droid..."

But Artoo does get his memory wiped in Ep 3, Lucas even said it himself
