Best game series?

What do you guys think was the best game series?
Police Quest
Space Quest
Wing Commander
While I got a kick out of Police Quest and died laughing from Space Quest, I LOVED the Wing Commander universe until the movie came around. I thought the best game though in the Wing Commander series was Privateer. For the technology back then, it was incredibly immersive.. even today I feel a certain nostalgia towards it.

Castlevania, Dragon Quest, and Final Fantasy. Provided Xenosaga turns out well, I'd add Xenogears to the list as well.

They used to sell a version that ran on win 95 and came with the expansion pack. You could look around and maybe still find it somewhere.
Damn I miss that game...

Command and Conquer, watch out, them Ruskies came a-knocking again.
Final Fantasy, 'nuff said.
X-Wing/TIE Fighter series. That's the nerd showing in me.
And of course, GRAND THEFT AUTO. Yes, it revolutionized the way we look at games.

If only,
Unfortunatly Privateer is notorious for needing proper dos...there was never an attempt made to adapt it before it worked fine in the day....it's only with the likes of xp that you cannot run it...
this win95 version you will find will just have had commands to drop to a dos window as soon as you run.
