monty python, mr. bean, black adder, and red dwarf are the only ones on the list I've seen and laughed my ass off at. The other ones I haven't heard of.

Can't decide, but I never liked the Two Ronnies and Benny Hill is something I'm not too familiar with.
What about 2D-TV and Spitting Image?

Monty Python's Flying Circus.

I dunno, there are loads of good shows, Monty Python is all good and that, but it was often a little too weird and is only most commonly thought of because it was a good export.
Personally, I prefer the wit of Blackadder or the sheer absurdity of Men Behaving Badly or sitcoms with a difference like Red Dwarf etc.

*clears throat* Mi mi miiiiii..... Where's my mounty back-up group? On the stage in 60! Let's move it!
Ok, I'm going to do the barber version, complete with the speech at the beginning.
*hums way down low to sound like a guy*
[spoken in a deep boyish voice] I wanted to be... a lumberjack!
Leaping from tree to tree, as they float down the mighty rivers of British Columbia. The Giant Redwood. The Larch. The Fir! The mighty Scots Pine! The lofty flowering Cherry! The plucky little Apsen! The limping Roo tree of Nigeria. The towering Wattle of Aldershot! The Maidenhead Weeping Water Plant! The naughty Leicestershire Flashing Oak! The flatulent Elm of West Ruislip! The Quercus Maximus Bamber Gascoigni! The Epigillus! The Barter Hughius Greenus!
With my best buddy by my side, we'd sing! Sing! Sing! [/spoken]
I'm a lumberjack, and I'm okay.
I sleep all night and I work all day.
MOUNTIES:
He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.
ME:
I cut down trees. I eat my lunch.
I go to the lavatory.
On Wednesdays I go shoppin'
And have buttered scones for tea.
MOUNTIES:
He cuts down trees. He eats his lunch.
He goes to the lavatory.
On Wednesdays he goes shopping
And has buttered scones for tea.
He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.
ME:
I cut down trees. I skip and jump.
I like to press wild flowers.
I put on women's clothing
And hang around in bars.
MOUNTIES:
He cuts down trees. He skips and jumps.
He likes to press wild flowers.
He puts on women's clothing
And hangs around in bars?!
He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.
ME:
I cut down trees. I wear high heels,
Suspendies, and a bra.
I wish I'd been a girlie,
Just like my dear Papa.
MOUNTIES:
He cuts down trees. He wears high heels,
Suspendies, and a bra?!
[spoken by Mounties] What's this? Wants to be a girlie?! Oh, My!
[spoken by my gf (?!?!!!)] And I thought you were so rugged! Poofter!...[/spoken]
He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.
He's a lumberjack, and he's okaaaaay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.
*bows* The end!

What about Are You Being Served? I love that show.
But, of the ones you have, I cannot choose! Too many good ones. I'm a huge RD fan, and I love watching MP. BA is great, as is Bean. I'm going to have to abstain my vote.

Ugh, Are You Being Served? I rate that as the same as Hi-De-Hi, I never liked it to be honest.
Open All Hours however, that was far superior.
Bean: I was curious, what did you think of the Bean movie and the Blackadder: Back and Forth special?

I can't watch the fight with Asuka versus Zeruel in episode 19 of Evangelion thanks to the spoof they did where Asuka was the Black Night.
Asuka: It's only a flesh-wound...
Shinji: No it isn't! Your arm's off!
Asuka: I've had worse.
Shinji: You lie!
Asuka: C'MON, YA PANSY!

Well, there are a lot missing:
"Yes, Minister" and it's sequel "Yes, Prime Minister", "Smack the Pony", "Big Train", "Allo Allo", "Not the 9 O'Clock News", "Some Mother's Do Have'em", those with Lee Evans (forgot the names), "Keeping Up Appearances", and those are all that poped OTOH...
The problem is, British comedy is either good or excellent, and they keep churning out so many that's almost impossible to select THE best of them all.

Red Dwarf, Mr. Bean, and Black Adder.
The others never really held my interest, and I liked the Monty Python movies better than the shows.
