I think it was actually out in October to tell you the truth. If I remember correctly, because I think Nirvana's song was out right when it came out. I know that Nirvana's song was in October because that last album hit shelves on October 30 or 31, right at the end of the month. I just tried a search and didn't really find anything off hand. I'll have to look deeper though.

Was that when it came out on the Audioslave album, or on the radio?

The radio. If your asking about the album itself, it wasn't much later I don't think. I doubt seriously it was as late as Nov 19th. Could be wrong, but I'm sure it was sooner.
