Recommend some Italian newspapers

So I'm looking for respectable Italian newspapers. They should be relatively well-known and good quality, covering international and European news in addition to coverage of Italy. A decent mobile site or iPhone app is a bonus.

I got the Le Monde app and realized I remembered more French than I thought I did, and figured that between the NYTimes, BBC, and an Italian paper I could work myself up to a decent Reading level for Italian. I could start by Reading the English news and seeing if I could understand the Italian articles, eventually starting with the Italian articles and checking to see if I got them right with the English ones.

la Repubblica is a pretty good place to start. High Circulation, and as far as I can tell not in the pocket of Italy's chief media mogal and prime minster, Silvio Berlusconi.

I second La Repubblica. It's not controlled by Berlusconi and it leans centre-left, but like all Italian newspapers most of it is Italian politics; a bit less then most, though. In its paper format half the newspaper is filled with various dossier about art, history, politics, science etc., unrelated or loosely related to the actual news.

It has a decent mobile site ( http://www.iphone.repubblica.it is optimized for the iPhone, otherwise http://m.repubblica.it/mobile/r )

La Stampa ( http://www.lastampa.it ) is also decent newspaper, with a pro-business slant.

Thanks guys! I found the mobile site for La Repubblica, but the iPhone site is way better!

I think these two should suffice, I think I already have too many news apps. :)
