I still play Homeworld regularily but only for the Star Wars and SW-vs-ST mods. I have homeworld installed in 3 places on my computer.

I liken it more to fan-fiction, personally. That or "Elseworlds". Cataclysm was enjoyable in and of itself. Heh, reminds me of the RelicBoards when Cata was first out. Sweet. I loved Homeworld and Cataclysm. I wasn't so keen on the story of Cataclysm but the game was fun. I can't wait for the next one.
It seems like they really have given some thought to how to improve this one. I can't wait to see it.

Ahh, I love the look of it. Fragments from small ship fire coming off on capitals, and the Ion-Cannon has the "blast through" effect on capitals too...
