*sighs* Things like this lead to a great temptation to be angered greatly. Of course, it is Albania, which largely produces goatherds and really good small unit combatants and very,
very little else, but.. *sighs* Oh well; that's definitely a country that could use some improvement.
On the plus side, when the improvement comes, it will definitely be decisive. In the Ottoman Empire men refused to work in factories for similiar reasons, so all factory workers were women at the turn of the century in the OE. Likewise in the Muslim world, more and more of their educated professionals are women.
The men have ridiculous honour concepts like this and leave the women to do all the work while they stand in the streets shooting guns into the air and shouting "
Allahu Ackbar!" What this means, of course, is when opportunities do exist, despite the repressive social conditions, you'll actually find a majority of the people taking advantage of them to be women, who are used to having to do all the work anyway. It's a hopeful sign, at least.

Covering your top is so overrated it's not even funny. I think all females should not have to cover anything, that is, unless they and are not hot and flabby.

Nice. Last I checked, Albania had the highest per capita cigarette consumption. And that's just one more useless fact for you.

I don't know, that'd be interesting to find out.
I think my source for that factoid is the book The Material World (1995). But I can't be certain, since I can't find the book. Regardless, the figure would be from around '95, because whether or not it's from that book specifically, it is from around that time period. But I do trust my photographic memory to have the factoid right, it's just whether or not it remains true today that I don't know.
Just thought I'd try and justify my statement.
