I believe it was the former designer Alan Emrich who was responsible for much of what is in Moo3 right now, I think Rantz and co were the ones left to nurse things along when IG decided the initial design sucked and booted Emrich out. Personally I don't think Moo3 is that bad, I'm just having a bit of difficulty getting into it.
