E-BOOK version of STUKA PILOT by Rudel.....

I literally creamed my pants this morning when I saw someone had put
up STUKA pilot on alt.binaries.e-books

I've been looking for this book for several years, canvassing every goddamn
used bookstore for 50 miles around me for this book, and I've seen this
book go for $100 on Amazon.com

SO ENJOY!

I never knew it was a rare book. Guess I should take better care of my copies.

Yeah I have, really good book. My dad bought it a long time ago, probluly when it was still in print, and gave it to me a couple years ago.

I saw the name of this thread and the first thought that went through my head was this "Shep's found another big evil destructive thing..." looks like I was at least partially right.

Yes that’s him. 519 Tanks destroyed, the battleship Marat blown up, with A turret and the bow obliterated. Incredibly though, the ship did not sink and the aft turrets were back in action within weeks and kept firing throughout the siege of Leningrad.

However no cruiser was lost or even badly damaged in the time frame of Rudels operation over Leningrad. Pilots have a tendency to over estimate the size of ships by huge margins and report wide misses as direct hits.

In all likeliness he sank one of Russians bigger destroyer, or nothing at all.
