Decision of the intersting kind

Post by Darth Fanboy »

I have an article review due on Wednesday regarding a scientific topic. I have so far chosen three topics and I would like to know which I should do.

#1- Scientists prove Beer Goggles actually exist (many articles can be found on google)

#2- Vegan diets unfreidnly to animals, http://eesc.orst.edu/agcomwebfile/news/food/vegan.html
I'll probably draw some supplemental material from maddox.xmission.com

#3- Frequent Sex leads to longer lives (again many articles found on google)

thoughts suggestions?

When they say article.. do they mean like mass media article, or a SCIENCE article? For science articles go to http://www.pubmed.com for abstracts and then hunt them down at your local science library.

I used that one on some eldery Jehovah's Witnesses who were door-knocking. Conversation turned to "decaying morals of society" (this was part of a 50 minute doorstep debate because I was in a bad mood). Anyhow, I pointed out that people who had sex often lived longer lives...

Then the biggie - after they refused to accept evolution as a theory I pointed out the latest (a few months ago) studies that showed that women who had sex with multiple partners (not all at once, but over a short period of time, say a fortnight) had their bodies boost their hormones etc to increase conception chances. Thus the human body as created by GOD promotes promiscuity as a natural instinct and physiological action.

After that they started to give up and look for a way to escape the conversation.
