Anyways, hope IBM wins. SCO has begun to bastardize their version of linux.
They also have made tons of these lawsuits, including one against MS when they were named Caldera.
Oh well, IBM has deep pockets, and a lot of IP themselves, so they may be able to countersue.

Interesting thing is that they sell a version of Linux (This company is merely Caldera renamed to SCO, after aquiring SCO a while ago).
They have a habit of aquiring IP, then suing over it. SysV wasn't even developed by them. They got it from Novell, which got it from AT&T. They also sued MS over DR-DOS, which was aquired from Digital Research.
