Racing Music

As some of you might know, I recently purchased a 1988 Mustang, complete with original cassette-player! Whoopie!

Now I'm asking, can any of you recommend good music titles that are related to racing, racing movies, etc (no Folk or Country crap though) so I can get it from Kazaa or WinmX or something and put it on tape, so I can cruise with some interesting music?

I'll compile a list of songs that I play when I'm either driving, or paying a racing game. I can tell you now though, The Cardigans 'My Favourite Game' as to be there.

Gran Turismo 3 Soundtrack, ANYTHING by Joe Satriani, Rammstein, Darude (Sandstorm and remixes thereof in particular), |\|I|/| (the fast stuff), Einhander Soundtrack, Ride of the Valkyries (of course), KoRn (again, the fast shit), Lenny Kravitz (fast ones), Prodigy, etc...

If you're like me, you're gonna want a LOT of Techno and Speed-Metal, with a few other things in just for phun

Could you please elaborate on this "fast stuff"? I'm not going to download every song and see which one is fast, can you give me a few titles? Thanks

The Battle theme to Gladiator and Mars the Bringer of War are equally good at being classical tracks that have some really good parts for fast driving.
