What's your favorite comedian? Mine has to be Billy Connolly...but who is yours?

Aw man, there are so many good ones out there. Off the top of my head, I can say I easily let off several roaring loud belly-laughs when watching Dave Atell do standup. I'll probably think of somebody who I like better later, but he's definatley one to watch whenever you get the chance.

Jon Stewart, or Steven Lynch. Though Lynch is really more of a musical comedian. There are more, but those are some of my favorites.

I posted a few in the Best British Comedy's thread, but just to update (after all if I'm to lazy to look up the thread to provide a link, I can't complian if you lot are the same. :P )

As well as 'the big yin', I like Lee Evans, Bill Bailey, Jack Dee, Phil Jupitus, Eddie Izzard, Ken Dodd, Dylan Moran, Ed Burns, Lucy Porter, Richard Pryor, George Carlin. The best of that lot, depends on what i'm looking for at the time, probably Eddie Izzard though, with 'the big yin' a close second.

George Carlin, Eddie Izzard, Robin Williams, Jim Breuer.

Jim Gaffigan too, but he's not exactly a megastar.

American comedian. Played one of the four stoners in Half Baked. Easily identifiable since he ALWAYS looks stoned. He's the goatboy.

That would be old age setting in, Rob. I'll have to get Lee to keep an eye on you ;)

Don't think I've seen Half Baked, so I'll just have to go on not knowing him.

No? Too bad. It was a funny movie, but I don't think it was released outside of the US.

I think my favorite is probably either Nick Swardson or Dane Cook. I also like Stephen Colbert, Conan O'Brian, Will Ferrel, Brian Regan, Mitch Hedberg, Cheri Oteri...and a lot more.

Jim Breuer grew up like ten minutes from where I live. Valley Stream is right next to my town.

Oh, I get it, this is more twisted sarcasm, like your Hitler avatar, right? Please be joking.
