Monday nights hanging up at Spanky's dorm seem to bring up weird thoughts in my head.

Anywho, in a totally non-RayCav sort of querry, if some guy were to commit a string of serrious crimes (murders, rapes, violent thefts, something in that range), then some time a but later got a full-fledged sex-change operation, then finally was caught up to by the law and was charged and sentenced, would she go to a women's prison?
Maybe It's these cramped quarters that are making me dwell on unclear thoughts about prison stuff, but what's the concensus?
What do you, the viewers at home, think?

Women's prison: if you go through the surgery, you aren't cross-dressing anymore; you actually are a woman. And from my experience, it's not blatantly obvious when someone's had it; they have to take you into their confidence and tell you so. I seriously doubt people who have had the surgery would walk around with a sign reading, "I used to have a dick" stapled to their foreheads, so don't assume it's common knowledge and that you would be able to tell and that it

I guess the courts would have medical records and everything, though, so they would have records and wouldn't just rely on looks. However, that person would be a woman at that point, so it should be to a women's prison she goes. El fin.

Women's prison, but legally, I think it would matter what state (in the US) the person was charged and sentenced in. DIfferent states have different criteria for determing a person's gender. Some states evaluate externally (vagina or penis), other states, internally (uterus/prostate etc.)

I remember a documentary I saw once where a person born as a hermaphrodite (a real one, not the ones in porn) was living as a women, but in some states she was legally a women, others a man.

I know in arizona transexuals are taken to the male section of jail. I have alot of friends in the department of corrections that always say you;d be amazed how many times a person who looks and sounds like awoman ends up showing more then "she" possibly could during the search and end up in the men's cell block awaiting a judge for arraignment. Now if there is full sex reassignment surgery, then that person would be considered a female.... in AZ anyways.

Which leads to a much more important question...If s/he ended up in a men's prison, would it be vaginal sex or would she get fucked up the ass by the male inmates?

Actually, I'd guess that the male inmates would be so busy fighting over who's 'prison bitch' she gets to be, no one would ever have the actual chance to rape her either way. but I doubt they'd even consider letting a woman into a men's prison. But on the other hand, what about what she'd do to the inmates in the women's prison?

What could she do? S/he's gotten a full sex change done so his dick & balls are gone, therefore s/he can't go around porking the female inmates. I suppose s/he might have some latent male urges to screw the females, but lacking the proper parts it ain't exactly gonna work. It would make for some weird "lesbian" action though.

Sorry, that scene just popped into my head. I figure that if the convict gets the operation done just to save his ass, he'd still find ways to domintate (or be dominated by, perhaps?) the female inmates, so I guess I was wondering last night what they'd do about the dilemma of where s/he is placed.
