Wow, you miss a lot of threads in a day.

I've haven't been able to get on the internet since this time wensday, so I guess it's 2 days. My mom found out that my Grandfather is dying, my mom had to stay in contact with relatives and we only have one phone line.
It hasn't affected me much, I've only met him a few times in my life, seeing how they live across the country, he was one of those angry swearin' grandpas. Plus my mom was the black sheep of the family for being a girl. The only time I really ever got any respect from him was when I was there last year.
But something good is coming out of this, my mom is leaving to Pennsylvania on sunday and won't be back for a week. So no mom for all of spring break! No working, minimal house work, no nagging, and often I"ll be home all by myself.
