Ok I know someone, last year he was in my world history class. He while in the 7th grade wanks off duing the TAAS test(texas assesment of academic skill), the teacher told him to put his hands on the top of the desk, and they were covered in his man-chowder. You think something like that would make the school give him psycological assesment, but no. Since then he's jerked off in history class, CMC(room where they help the stupid kids on tests), and in the middle of the bathroom. Not in a stall, just standing in the middle of the bathroom. He also picks gum off the bottum of desks and eats it.

Shouldn't people like this be receiving medication or be kept separate from the rest of the students?

I can easily see that kid being one of those social outcasts who ends up going on a shooting rampage at his school. This reminds me of something I had read in my college news paper. A couple of months back some bum, who had snuck into the back of the rooml, had started to jack off before he got caught. People like that make me wonder how natural selection hadn't killed off people with that kind of mentallity.

In the wilderness, you would be correct: people like that would remove themselves from our gene pool. However, the advent of civilization prevents the purging of idiocy. After all, since we view killing as "bad," society looks down on it, and we can't just kill the idiots. Also, living in groups prevents predators from killing them, so we're stuck.

What would happen if he spilled it on someone? That is such an utterly disgusting way to humiliate someone. Besides, they have laws against this. That is why Pee Wee Herman went to jail. LOL And that was in a porno movie theater, the most likely place to do such a thing. Really, would you tolerate someone doing that in front of you, your wife/husband, and your kids? If he does it where people can plainly see it, that's not right. I mean, you can't have people like that in society. I say just keep trying to treat him until he gets tired of it or tired of society's attempt to treat him, or it actually works and he stops, at least in front of other people. Better than just throwing him in jail or letting him go.

And it doesn't occur to you that Pee Wee's case was actually an example of Christians shoving their religious values down other peoples' throats? The punishment did not fit the crime in that case; someone whacking off in an inappropriate place should be given no more punishment than someone urinating in an inappropriate place.

I think it would be pretty rude, and under certain circumstances (eg- in an elevator with a girl) it would be considered serious sexual harassment. However, that's a red herring because he's not brazenly doing it in front of people, is he? Since he's trying to hide it, the biggest "crime" is the fact that he's leaving his ejecta all over the place, which should carry no more punishment than public urination.

If he does it where people can plainly see it, that's not right. I mean, you can't have people like that in society.

OK, I'll take the bait; why is it not right? If I saw him doing it in public, I'd point and laugh, but I don't see why he should be locked up. I'd instruct my wife and kids to point and laugh too. Public humiliation is an appropriate punishment for this kind of behaviour, but jail time isn't, unless he spews in public and refuses to clean it up (and we already have other laws covering that).

"Treat" him for what? Being rude? Craving attention? Public masturbation is obviously a symptom of some other problem, since he could just as easily masturbate at home. It is not the problem in and of itself.

An "Outsider" is a person with a psychological state that prevents them from being a normal member of society. While I am not majorly Bi-polar like my sister, I am trapped with the knowledge that I just don't fit in.

The kid is acting like an Outsider of a more extreame sort.

On one hand I feel some degree of sympathy, on the other hand this is just the sort of behavious that I would use to point out my personal Prejudice that humanity is inharintly stupid.
