JAR help.

The U.S. Secret Service is supposed to use a rifle called JAR, JAR standing for 'Just Another Rifle'. I've been trying to find some information or pictures of these weapons for a while now, but with little luck.
Can someone here help me?
I've heard that the JAR is actualy a heavily modified Remington M700 bolt action, chambering 7mm Remington Magnum rounds, but that is about all I've been able find on them (and I'm not even sure that that is accurate). So any help would be appreciated.
