Obviously, this shows that Saddam is alive following the initial strikes on Iraq, since he mentions the attacks in the broadcast. As for the rest, it seems that he is still trying to garner support against the US.

Why? If it's actual news, it belongs in the sticky thead. We can't make a new thread about every little thing related to Iraq. Clutter is bad.
