I can't really take advantage of it, since I haven't purchased a Microsoft product since 1998 or so (and that was only MS Works 4.0). However, this might just give our train-wreck of an economy a little boost...

It might. But then the Dow is up about 1000 points since the war started, while oil prices have dropped by one or two dollars per barrel and gold is down 40 bucks. Even if it doesnt last thats going to help quite a bit.

1.1 billion hun? Now we just need another 35 or so states to do this and Microsoft will be wiped out. Though 17 is a good start.

I was referring to California's economy, not the national economy.
