Wow, I'm logged on and there's barely anything going on at all. What happened to it?

Kojikuns BS aside, not much is happening. Even in the politics forum...

I think I need another installment of Starcrossed right about now. *wink wink, nudge, nudge*

I get the feeling everyone's glued to the TV set today. My mother's mail-order business has been really slow ever since the war started, since most of her customers are American.

There's always a lull in the middle of weekend days.

Not that this board is boring or anything, but I find it more interesting watching live television of Iraqis taking potshots at Abrams, and then getting blown straight to hell.

Well, that's one thing about my crappy little dorm-apartment. My TV and my Computer cohabitate so I get to do both.

That might be a big part of it, as many discussions that would otherwise be in OT are over there.

Most likely a comnbination of:
-It's a sunday
-Iraq and it's round the clock news coverage
-Brand new politics forum.

Alternative theory:

A lot of our members have lied about their location and instead of being in Star Destroyers or Space Cruisers, they really live in Iraq and have had their computers destroyed by those EMP-bomb-thingies.

Of course it's just a theory.

*edit, changed Psace to Space*

It was sunny and warm outside, therefore I was not inside, and thus I was not at my computer for most of the day. I was doing other stuff, like biking with my GF and having snuggles with her.

I was glued to the TV for the first few days. Then I gave up.

I watched TV a bit for the first couple days, then I realized I could get better news and discussions here on this board. I just watch the TV now for the cool explosions.

My friends house was finished this week. I spent the whole weekend helping out with the painting, ripping out the carpet, learning how to install pergo floors, etc.

Ive also been glued to the tv, but I can browse SD.net with my laptop now that I have a WAP again.

I fell asleep in front of the tv last night and woke up in the middle of one of the Marine firefights, but I was so groggy I didnt realize it was live footage and not canned.

Needless to say, events are keeping me away from the board.
