D2 Players, What would you like to see in 1.10?

While I'm not sure that a 1.1 patch is coming, I have heard rumors that there is one in the making and that they are going to try to make every skill worth using.
When/if they come out with a 1.1 patch for Diablo 2, what are some fixes changes you'd like to see in it.
Ofcourse we all would like to see anti-duping and anti-hacking stuff, but I don't think they'll be able to do it. Personnally I'd like to see every character file to get wiped. But thats not going to do anything either seeing how some people are going to be criminally pissed at losing thier characters. I think they should cut damage down on bows and make the max number of sockets on any bow 4. Also I think certain Uniques and Sets should be weakened while others that aren't used made better. Instead of trying to lure people to destroy SOJs for Cube recipies, just have them all change into a random rare ring.
I also would like more rune words, being able to cube runes up to a little bit higher level(but not all the way).

I'd like to see the classes balanced a bit better. Right now a Bowazon can take on just about anything (though dropping bow damage may make that alteration by itself), and most Necros are fairly well screwed IMHO. Fewer Rare drops and slightly more Set drops (off the Realms at least) would be nice. My roomie and I just did runs on all three Prime Evils and the Cow King and got one set item, and it was Sander's Rip Rap
. More class-specific sets would be nice also, as well as some that are new "types" of sets (e.g. a set that's just jewelry; one that's just gloves, weapon, and shield; one that's dual claws, etc.). Minor things here and there, nothing major.

More rune words would be nice. I'd actually like to see LESS treasure. By act IV, I've got so much money I've filled my stash and I'm carrying tens of thousands of GP. Takes kind of the challenge away.

Balance between the classes. I think that's the most important thing to fix.

I'd like to see the Necro be more powerful especially it's fuckin poison nova.

Nerf the Bowa/Burazon in any way possible. Decrease bow damage, nerf Buriza stats, nerf the guided arrow/piercing shot combo which I hate so much. Do whatever it takes.
Upgrade Necros. Make them worth playing. Make Barbs essential for groups again. Balance chars so that a Pallys auras are awesome for groups. Give all the other classes (DRUID!!!) equal standing with Bowazons and Sorcs.
WE NEED BALANCE PEOPLE, NOT NEW SETS!

I think that Sorc's spells should be weaken to be clearly more powerful than Druids skills, but so they don't make druid's elemental tree seem worthless to so many. Or some of the Druids spells should have a power boost for being completely random, kinda like Lightning Storm, only more.

They definetly need to fix this Trigger PK shit. It's especially important for Hardcore players. I'd like them to rework the hostile option more... I wish it was completely mutual, but the pkers will whine about this, and the reality of it happening is probably zero. At the very least, they should make the necessary changes so that if you cast a spell/fire an arrow/etc and go back to town (to hostile) then whatever you casted/fired should disappear when you do.
Definetly more runewords.

Elemental druid skills are not just seemingly worthless: you simply cannot kill anything with those in hell.
As was already stated many times, what we need is balance between characters. Try cow level for example; if rest of the party is composed of melee characters, a single sorceress or amazon can kill half of the cows, without ever being in any danger of dying.
Oh, and those damn dupes should be completely wiped out.
