I feel like I should watch this since I worked on a couple episodes, but from the bits of dialogue I heard the comedy came off as forced. Eh. . . maybe it works better on TV with the edits?

We're halfway through the first season. Holy Zeus is this awesome.
I like that the main characters have been made somewhat sympathetic, despite being Republicans. Oddly, I find myself caring if Goodman wins his election.
