If God came to you, with an ultimatium that you HAD to, absolutley no questions asked, choose between going to Hell yourself while sending everyone to heaven or going to heaven while everyone else on earth goes to Hell.

Assume that this isn't a test where if you choose wrong God automagically sends you to the infernal pits. In fact if you don't decide, then God'll send everyone, INCLUDING YOU, to Hell.

Credit for this idea comes from the Pointlesswasteoftime forums, where I ripped this idea off from.

No matter what you choose you end up being alone, the only difference is where you are. I can bore myself to tears in heaven for all eternity or I can be stuck in hell, alone in both cases. No fun in that, I refuse to choose so we can all go to hell and have a big party down there.

Assume the devil decides to keep everyone seperate.

If you had to decide..
I'd go to heaven and have everyone else sent to Hell
I'd go to Hell and have everyone else sent to heaven

Well, does the benifits of being in heaven include being able to torture those in hell?

I'd go up to Heaven, sinve up there alone, it would be like what I do now: Sit alone while everyone else is in Hell, having fun, while I realize that I need to get a social life quick. If it happens that Heaven is where all the parties and dirty dancing stays, then I could just go to Hell and do it.

I would go to Hell so my loved ones would not suffer.

What kind of thing is this, of course in Hell I can enjoy the suffering of Phelps, Hitler, etc...

Phelps and hitler are in heaven remember....I would much rather go to hell. You never know, all the stff bout suffering could just be propaganda

I belong in Hell. I don't like anyone else, so I don't want their asses with me. Then when I get there, I'd have to wipe that smirk off Satans' ugly face. Lord of Darkness, eh? Hail to the King baby!

I'd give myself so others could go to Heaven. Fortunately, that's not necessary (John 3:16 - 18).
