My team just won the FIRST Robotics Philadelphia regional. We lost out in the qualifying rounds, but got chosen as a teammate by a winner. Out team then produced to win the competition, letting us all go to the nationals in Huston Texas.
Shitty game this year though. Our robot was designed around the ability to stack boxes, but in over 100 rounds with 44 teams there where only three successful stacking's. Luckily we proved quite able at ramming the boxes and other robots.
And I'm aware of some peoples opinions about FIRST.
