To The Residents of New York....YOU'RE GONNA LOSE!

In approx. 1hr 45min, the 2nd to last game (for the Wings, anywho) of the pre-playoff season begins. For the uninformed it happens to be the Red Wings versus the New York Islanders at the Joe. I'm ready to claim victory as we speak, but I'll lay down some stats so ya'll can get a good idea of how poorly outmatched the Islanders are:
Wings are 2nd in the league (Ottawa and Dallas tied for first). The Islanders are eight, thats right EIGHT. Although both teams have played 79 games, the Wings have won 47 to the Islanders 45, the they both have twenty OUT of overtime, and the Wings have one more tie.
But heres the biggy. NY suffers six overtime losses to the Wings' three. Double! Ha! Expect to see plenty of overtime carnage, need the game last that long (it probably won't, considering in the Nashville game we scored three goals in the last eight minutes).
So I suggest you worry, and worry much New Yorkers. Despite the fact that we WON'T be seeing you in the Playoffs, your going to suffer one last shameful defeat here. And be on the lookout for more Cup Craziness (yes I know, freakishly clever) from yours truly. I'm watching this year like a hawk. And lastly: *slapshots puck into Dalton's face*
HA! I'm out, keep ya updated as the game goes by.
LETS GO WINGS!
