is there any legal way to run over those protesters that lay in the middle of the road and block traffic? Im curious, cuz the topic has come up in some of my convos.

I'd like to see them block off Seventh Avenue during rush hour.

You could always make a citizens arrest for disrupting the peace and being a public nusience.

Would it be legal to drive up a motorcycle really close to their faces and blow out their eardrums by gunning the engine?

How about if I get snow plow attachments or a cow catcger?

I'd just run them over and drive on....fuck their protests. I got places to go.

You would be commiting manslaughter. What they are doing is wrong but you can not punish them. However, if they jump infront of your vehicle while in a crowd and you don't see them and you run them over, then its legal. That happened at an Abortion clinic. A crowd mobbed a vehicle that tried to drive up and with the crowd distracting the driver people slipped infront of the vehicle to block it. The driver gunned the engine and went forward running over two protestors. They survived but had to go straight to the hospital.

How about a big vacuum.

Simple plan:

1. Get a 1972 Chevy Nova which is so badly out of tune that it belches black smoke.
2. Back it up to the protesters.
3. Remove weeks from their lifespan by pumping as much pollution as you can into their faces

2 things are good in this situation:

1) rack of airhorns and high power floodlights on the roof

2) microwave gun tuned to "excruciating pain" mode.

Both are within the realms of legal btw.

If one of those anti war people started throwing deadly objects at you, or started to shoot, then I would say lethal self defense is in order. Of course, you're going to spend some money on lawyers.
