ok...for this situation, imagine you are in the northwest of england, you are 18, sans girlfriend, and not had sex since last august.

Now, a girl who is almost 16 really fancies you, and wants to do perverted things to you,and, remember you are starved of sex, and there are no other "hopefuls" on the horizon. She's alright looking, but is a bit bitchy, but really really wants you.

What do you do? what DO YOU DO?

oh..and by the way, there is a 17 year old boy that wants to get with her, so time's tickin' away.

Personally, I won't mind if a girl was a little bitchy. In fact, as long as you don't really mind little nagging now and then, the little bit of bitchiness in her personality might make her just that much more interesting.

But then, that's just my opinion, and the fact that this hypothetical girl likes me helps, LOL.

Being a bitch turns me off. So does being a still-developing fifteen year old.

I wouldn't for any number of reasons.

A) It's not right. She's too young both legally and ethically (even if I were the hypothetical 18 year old).

B) She doesn't sound that appealing even were she old enough. Bitchy and immature is not the kind of woman I'd want to be with.

C) Call me old fashioned but I'm not terribly interested in one night stands with strangers.

I could go on but I think it's perfectly clear that I would in no way, shape or form fuck her.

She's more experienced than you by a significant margin, but she just got out of an affair w/ a 25 year old who had a fiance and a kid.

Depends on a lot of circumstances. Do you actually fancy her, is she G/F material or just good for a fuck friend etc.

Well, my idea for the hypothetical person, ahem, was a short term try out period, where we bone for a bit as it were, then stop when we realise we wont actually get along.

Bear in mind the hypothetical guy in question is absolutely starved for it.

Plus i don't want the other younger hypothetical guy who's younger than the first getting some when the older gets none, that's just a wasted opportunity.

In mainland UK 16 is legal, over here in Northern Ireland it's 17 and anal sex is illegal full stop.

I'm not British and she is only "almost 16". I think the age of consent is 16 here in Michigan as well but she isn't anyways.

It's still something state by state here in the US you know. Last I knew it's 16 in Michigan, varies a lot from the state to state. The South and Utah have pretty low ages of consent wheres the north (east, middle and west) has higher ages.

Its either 16 or 18 in Massachusetts. I don't really know.

I might try some foreplay and kissing, if that's not considered sex by the legal age of consent laws.

Then, I'd find someone my age.

16 here in Alabama.

However if your are 14 or older you can get married. There are some things that just cry to be changed.

Last I checked, they raised the age of consent to at least 16 in all states... I think Hawaii (Where I used to live) was at 14 until about 2 years ago.

18 here in California. Which is really weird and it sucks.(No pun intended)
