EDIT: Hey, specifically, what kind of cat ears would you guys want? The traditional classic cat ears on the top of the head, or the recent long dark fuzzy ones on the sides of the head (like regular ears)? One example of the last one would be Merel from Escaflowne, although she's also a very cattish cat girl.
