I'm going to try running the forums on a different physical server in another attempt to deal with the speed issue, so I'm going to take the site down for about 20-30 minutes tomorrow, probably around 9:30am EST.

I dunno, but if they did, we could set one on DarkStar's provider and he'd vanish in a puff of logic.

Puff? I was thinking it would be more of a "boom" sound.

Nope, it's a "puff." Same thing happened to God when we told him that evidence of his existance would negate it.
From
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, by Douglas Adams:
"The argument goes something like this: 'I refuse to prove that I exist,' says God, 'for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing.'
"'But,' says Man, 'the Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED.'
"'Oh dear,' says God, 'I hadn't thought of that,' and promptly vanishes in a puff of logic."

Blocking AOL would fix the majority of that problem.

Not the blocking AOL thing again.
If you did that I'd have to do all my visiting here while at work.
If I weren't so busy most of the time I'd think that would be a good idea.
