Local women lands damaged A-10 !

One of the damaged A-10's in Iraq was flown by the daughter of a San Jose city council member. Its a good story and there are links for pictures too.

I think some pilots will trade their F-16,F-18 and other faster model for the A-10.

Is it just me, or are female fighter pilots one of the coolest concepts ever? They should have been flying a hell of a lot sooner than '93, if you ask me.

Air Force and NASA classify the report until the late 1980's.

I lived near there for 10 years before moving to Fremont.
I saw in the news today that one of the Marines that helped pull down the statue of Sadam in the news yesterday is from the Bay Area too.
