So what would people say if one were to start a new thread whose OP is identical to an old, dead thread, rather than bumping the original? Would that person get yelled at as if he had bumped the original? Would a mod then close that thread due to there already being one like it, then close the original if it were bumped because it's old?

Basically, if you post a topic on something that was already here, it'll get deleted or locked. Only Bean does that though.

If you bumb up an old post, it'll be locked.
