Personally I have 2

- The Lobby scene in The Matrix- Mainly because thye all do itso casually as they kill all those guards then later soldiers, also for the fact Keanu Reeves goes through some 10-odd guns.

- The Church in Face/Off- It begins with a huge line of people all holding guns to each others heads, with the two main characters in the middle with each others faces, then everyone very coolly wastes a church, with occasional shots of white doves flying in.

Anyone else with a favorite?

Not exactly movie scenes, but the various gunfights in Cowboy Bebop were pretty cool (Spike vs. Vicious especially).

The museum shoot out at the front of 2009: Lost Memories is one.

A couple of really cool ones in Equilibrium. In the movie they developed a style of gunfight based on probability and statistics. The first scene of the movie shows one of these gunfighters, Cleric John Preston, break into a pitch black room...and he just stands there; the only things moving are his arms and his guns and he kills EVERYONE. Doesn't get hit at all. Very cool.

Enemy of the State

The one's in equilibrium, and the lobby scene in the matrix.

The final gun battle between Tony Montana and the columbians in Scarface one of the most vilolent movies ever made.. "Say hello to my little friend"

The gunfight between the American soldiers and the Iraqis in "Three Kings." it was fun stuff.

Dunno why, but the part in Air Force One when the terrorists hijack the plane.

The firefight in the church in "Hard Rain" with Christian Slater.

Definately have to go with the lobby in Matrix. I hope they out-do it in the next movie.

I always liked the scene in "Robocop" when Robo shoots up all of the drug dealers. He then goes on to almost kill the bad guy by choking him. Very cool.

And the monorail scene from the Cowboy Bebop Movie. Damn that was cool and the grenade bit Vincent did was badass!

Give 'em Hell Pike!-The last battle scene in the Wild Bunch-Only in the NRDirectors cut edition (Which was originally nominated for an Oscar despite having an X for violence.

"Ballad of Fallen Angels" - Cowboy Bebop. That is just my favorite.

Anything in "The Killer".

And the apartment complex gunfight in "Time and Tide".

Of previously mentioned, Brothel in 'Way of the Gun', any gunfight in 'Equilibrium'(but especially the absolute last one), 'Ballad of the Fallen Angels',
Not mentioned yet, most of the gunfights in 'Trigun', but especially the Wolfwood/Chapel fight.

Well, I'm not the biggest fan of gunfights per se...

The hit at the start of Ghost in the Shell.

It's important that it's in Japanese. In English, the effect is lost.

The final 20 minute long gunfight in John Woo's movie Hard Boiled. Chow yun Fat is a badass

EDIT: its probably closer to 30 minutes

The gunfight at the end of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

The gunfight in the dim sum house in Hard Boiled, the fight in the hospital at the end is badass too.

My favourite movie gunfight scene? Here's a hint: it starts with Arnold wearing Gargoyle sunglasses in a police station, talking to the front-desk clerk and saying "I'll be back."
