I downloaded several copies of an EICAR Test Virus to see if my AVG was working, and it caught them all. W00t.

Ah, you have discovered the wonders of AVG antivirus, quite possibly the best anti-virus software available, plus, it is free with free updates, and STILL beats the pants off Norton and McAffee.
