I take Zoloft, but it doesn't seem to be working, as I still get pissed off by a lot of things, like my brother, and this computer's piece of monkey shit internet connection.

Do you mean "I've been PRECRIBED drugs" or am I "using perscription drugs"?

I have a large stockpile of Tylenol 3's and other Codeine-based painkillers. If my neck problems get worse as I age I'll try to get myself a medical marijuana prescription.

I take Allegra. It has no "trippin" effects.

I'm on a prescription for high blood pressure. My bp is normally at the high end of normal except for when I go to the doctor then it's either at the slightly higher high end of normal or the low end of starting to be high.

The whole process tends to piss me off as a waste of time and money. Plus, most of the nurses are pretty sloppy in how they read the sphigmometer. If I'm going in there they better be giving me the Trek "sick bay" check up and find stuff before I even know anythings wrong and not be giving me crap about bs that could be better but is otherwise fine.

Lipitor for high cholesterol
Allopurinol to prevent gout.
Glucophage for diabetes
Ambien for sleeplessness (30 day script only)

I take it for my knee. It's the only thing that helps, besides opiates. I don't want to take the risk of taking opiates so I love Prop. 215 here in California.

Things to say to stop a conversation #36:

They're not giving out medical marijuana prescription up here unless you have AIDS or cancer or you're dying from some horrible disease. Things are changing though, weed laws have been relaxed in the last few years and I think the prescribing of medical weed will become more widespread over the next few years.

Well, the one doctor wanted me on Wellbutrin, Paxil, Ritalin, and something else I can't remember, and my GP wants me on a blood pressure medication and something for my sinuses, but since I don't have an extra five or six hundred dollars a month and am barely insured, I can live without. Besides, who needs emotions?

The reason I'm supposed to be on wellbutrin is to STABILIZE my emotions... o O;

The last time I took a presciption drug was about 10 years ago. Penicillin for an ear infection. I got this itchy rash and stopped taking it . Supposidly (according to my own family doctor) the hospital had prescribed the wrong kind, some super strong stuff that usually causes a skin reaction. In fact, I think that's the last time I've been to the hospital, been pretty lucky I guess.

Although I did have to relocate my own knee (by myself in the forest, stupid dog was no "lassie"), but it was the second time that happened, always easier the second time :)

Although, my hair is starting to thin a bit, and if I'm like my father I'll have a bald spot by 40. I'm vaguely considering going to my doctor to talk about propecia(sp?) or rogaine.

He claimed I have "atypical depression", with mild emotional symptoms but very severe cognitive symptoms. Basically, all my mental functions, including emotions, are suppressed. That's what the Ritalin was to be for, as he put it, to "jumpstart" my brain.

Currently on various anti-acne medications.

Well, I was |--| this close from getting put on Depakote for a severe mood instability, plus an unprofessional diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder..
