Since everyone around here calls me Iggy anyway, should I ask DW to change my name? I'll keep 'IG-88E' in my sig for reference, though.

If you call yourself Iggy people will just shorten it to Ig.

No, just keep it. "Iggy" is just a nickname. "IG-88E" is your "real" name.

No, keep it. It's better this way.

No Iggy, keep your name its the one ytou started out with and it is YOUR name as many here have already said. The fact that people call you Iggy is a term of endearement and a sign of how well received you are. Think of it this way, the Davids in the world are either called Dave or David. People who call the David in their social circle Dave care more for the guy than those that just say David. Nicknames mean something and should never replace the name from which they were derived so I say keep the name and revel in the fact that to your friends your Iggy.

Besides there are no asassin droids called Iggy.
