My piece of shit computer sux0rs. It's a dell 4300 s and the damn cd-r/rw drive is on the fritz. Every time i use it it stops working. It seems to be timed that just as i'm for once doing good in a game it fails. It sux0rs. Every time i'm wining a game an error message pops up that the drive has failed. Damn hunk of horse shit. If I didn't need this piece of crap dumbass hunk of plastic and silicon to get on the net, do school work and the like i'd smash it, burn it, throw it in a pit and fill the pit with cemente. Then i'd blow up dell's crappy head quaters with a nuke.

Dude, i have a P1 75mgh processor, talk about piece of shit ... YOU DONT KNOW PIECE OF SHIT!!! Its too slow to boot off of CD, its too slow to run Starcraft, or doom, or even Windows 2000... im still stuck with 98 ... YOOOOOOUUU dont know shitty computer ;_;


EDIT : oh yeah, and its got almost a Gig and a half HD

You win. Atleast I can do somthing other than stare at windows 98 and twiddle my thumbs not doing anything. Plus Xp seems stable and reliable compared to 98.

No offence David but you get what you deserve when you buy a PC off the shelf. Every PC i've owned i've either got custom made or i've built myself.

What can i say. My family lagged behind for years and just about 2 years ago we got this machine. We got the printer and then recentley added on the cd-r/rw. So it would be more accurate saying you get what you deserve when you let your computer illiterate mother pick out and help install a device on the computer. As in she refused to listen to me in where to buy the cd-r/rw and who to buy it from.

I hear that, the only way to get a PC is custom built. Unless of course you dont mind second rate parts, or have the money to get a Falcon Northwest

Sounds like your CD-RW is dying. Replace it; they're relatively cheap these days.
