What's your perfect pie?

No poll here because there are too many types of pizza for a net poll to get everything.

simple Pepperoni and cheese.

With extra cheese(and sharp chedder cheese at that) and sometimes peperoini.

My favorite is very simple: Homemade crust, fresh basil, crushed tomatoes, mozzerella, one meat (usually Italian sausage or Canadian bacon) and one veggie. Yum.

Springwater dough, extra cheese, parmesan sprinkled over the crust. I don't like toppings, except pepperoni once and a while.

Deep dish, extra cheese, and mushrooms, Lightly done...

Pepperoni, sauage and green peppers.

I did this just a couple weeks ago... BBQ chook for me.

Cheese, Sausage. Though to be honest i'll eat pretty much any kind of pizza.

A Sacramento: sour cream base with sliced new potatos, cheese, bacon and chives.

LoL. i worked at a Sbarro for 5 years tossing those sons of bitches up in the air. hmmmmm......hows about ham with extra cheese or a bbq chicken....those would have to be my two favorites.

white pizza is also pretty good if you make it right

I used to work in a Pizza Parlor when i was in high school. I invented the "Mr Guisippi's All Meat Pizza". You take a standard plain pizza and add every meat product in the place. I added bacon, pepperoni, chicken, salami etc. It was lovely and i got them free because i made the 1st one and they where very popular with the alco's who ate in our place.

LOL, i'd love to make you one unfortunately Mr. Guisippi's was burned down a year ago when the newsagents next door was robbed and set fire to.

Onions, bacon, and anchiovies with extra cheese. Mmmmmm..........

Zeldas pizza is the best here in sacramento. Hand rolled crust, white sauce ( garlic ) heh roasted garlic, tomatoes, peperoni, sausage, extra cheese, occasionally jalapenos, onions..... heh, thats alot ^_^ ... yummy.

Vegiterian, I like meat, they just put to much on.

Regular pepperoni and cheese is good.

I also like ones with alot of meat, peppers, onion, mushrooms, olives, etc.

For crusts, I perfer deep dish, and garlic.

Only thing that comes to mind what I don't like on pizzas is anchovies. They leave a bad taste in my mouth, and smell a bit funny IMHO.
