You gotta get his new book; "Sex Money, KISS". Has his whole life philosophy in there. I've kept articles here and there with stuff he's said, because it really rings true. He once askd why God wants us to pray to him? Isn't that vanity? And why doesn't God want us to have any other Gods before him? Isn't that jealousy? Aren't these HUMAN emotions, something he's supposed to be beyond?Darth Wong wrote:Gene Simmons once said that the Biblical God acts like a jealous girlfriend. I thought that was absolutely hilarious.

Yup, but i's actually called "God Gave Rock & Roll To You 2" because its a cover the rewrote substantially.Dalton wrote:Doesn't KISS have a song called "God Gave Rock & Roll To You" though?

"The song was originally recorded by Argent in the early Seventies and was written by Russ Ballard. We loved the song, but didn't think the lyrics held up. The original lyrics were very etheral. Bob [Ezrin], Paul, and myself rewrote the lyrics as a kind of a guitar anthem song, that being in a band and playing guitar was a privilege and a God-given gift."
