(The picture is from the site of the store where I bought it from. I was going to post a picture of my own gun, but my scanner decided go on a strike.)

Just got it two hours ago. The cheapest AK I could find (395 Euros for the gun, 2x5 round clips, 1x30 round clip and maintenance kit).
Unfortunately I'm going to have to wait until the weekend to try it out.

(This joke needs an explanation: There was a guy a couple of years ago who walked into a McDonalds and opened fire with a VERY similar gun and killed 17 people, most of whom were hispanic children. Then a police sharpshooter took the fucking bastard out. I saw the gun and drew the parallel.)

Is it an automatic?

Did't think Soumi allowed for selfloaders and stuff in private hands.

Semi-automatic's are allowed, full-automatics aren't (well, you CAN get even those, but it'll take a special collectors permits, very difficult to get, and you can't fire full-auto's even if get the permits.)

PS. It's Suomi, not Soumi.

Ohh, I'm sure you can fire fully automatic weapons . . . you just have to be really careful where you fire, and who you fire around.
