0.18*7.1 = 1.278%, well below the minimum level of bodyfat for survival of 4-5%.
No, that's definitely not good for me. I'm not buying.

I call bullshit.
HGH is not the wonderful mega drug people think it is, every biochemist I know has said the companies are hyping up something that's already in your body. Unless you suffer from a growth related disorder this will not really change much.

I remember reading that you were cruising at 7%. Nice. I haven't been that lean in a long time.
Real gH, extracted from cadavers, is definitely not all that great. In some bodybuilders' experience, it's useful when used with insulin ( ! VERY dangerous shit; typically, even many heavy steroid users won't touch the stuff), but it results in tremendous growth of the guts. Ripped guys, even current Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, have these huge barrel-bellies bulging out almost as far as their pecs.
I doubt HGH has anywhere near comparable effects, but those do sound like retarded claims. In my experience, the only legal supplements that really do anyone good in terms of fat loss or lean body mass gain are thermogenic stacks, also potentially dangerous, and creatine monohydrate, which primarily promotes water retention. Most others won't do any measurable degree of good, including HGH.

Like vitamin supplements, these things are overhyped, overpriced and over here.
I'd rather stick with a good diet than swallow some dodgy quack pill.

Nooooooooooooooooo... You have to use all of your critical thinking faculties when it comes to this supplement diet market. 90% of all of it is bullshit.
If you are interested in losing weight, job a few times a week and drink a whey protein shake every day. Protein is protein, but it's no "supplement;" you have to do the actual work to benefit from it.

Sorry, are we supposed to be working the wrist or jaw muscles?

Superman, can I ask you something? I'm doing gymn for some months now, three times a week 1.5 hrs, the usual stuff. But I still haven't quite figured out what to eat first, mainly because I don't go on a fixed schedule, sometimes I go right at 8 am sometimes at night. So, what do you advise? And I'm
not interested in losing weight, btw. I began the training as a suplement to my biking, and I must say I'm really liking the results

Protein rich foods and, uh, substances are rare to find outside of meat (wherever it be from) so make good use of what you can find, don't let a drop go to waste.
