A widow left her fortune and a trust fund to a
stray cat she'd befriended:
Mrs Layne's will, which has just been published, stated that Tinker should be able to stay in the £350,000 house in Harrow until he dies.
Mrs Layne had no children and her estate is worth £585,912.
Ah, but there is a clause...
There is one catch for Tinker, though.
If he decides to leave home the trust fund will be ended and the estate will pass to the Wheatleys.
One wonders if Tinker will perish of natural causes...

Considering this old couple are infected with CATS (a senile disorder, that seems to affect some women earlier) themselves, probably he will.
Personally, though, I'd tempt him into my house with cream and salmon. Then, once he's moved home, I'd sell the house.
