BTW, my vision is quite acute, just when your eyes adjust to read white on dark gray and then you see this dark red on dark gray, then it makes it a bit harder to read.

Calm down there. Black Mage is not exactly copyrighted material.

While I wouldn't necessarily start yelling at him yet, I think it is necessary that we inform "The Teacher" that he should not use the same avatar as another user. The whole point of an avatar is to help identify someone's posts and let him personalize his account, and it's confusing to have two people with the same avatar.

While SirNitram does not have the copyright on BlackMage, he does have the simple claim that he nabbed it first on this particular board.
