Extremely hot weather or extremely cold weather?

Forced to choose, what climate would you rather live in? A climate where it's always hot (100+ degrees farenheit), or very cold (always below freezing, with snow)?

I'd have to say always cold, as I CANNOT take heat, and the cold gives me an excuse to stay in with lots of clothes on.

Prefer heat muchly. Especially if it's dry heat.

Cold: You can always put on more clothes, but there is only so much you can take off without getting arrested.

I'd would take the hot weather.
Of course, I would only choose this option if I got to keep my air conditioning.

Wih heat I have to lay about and sorta sweat it out.

Put simply ~ I DON'T LIKE GOING NUMB (unless it's emotionally).

Cold. I love the snuggly feeling of fuzzy sweaters, big fluffy socks, down comforters, a cuddle buddy and a soft couch next to a fire in a fireplace. Mmmm.

Having lived in both Kuwait (really hot desert) and Canada (known for its cold), I'll take the cold weather.

As a Michiganer, I know cold. And it pisses me off. I also know heat (to a less substantial degree) and it too pisses me off. But, as a Michiganer, I know how to treat cold: with extreme prejuduce. Heavy coat over lighter jacket, over sweater, over T-shirt, plus jeans over thermal undies, plus double layered socks and gloves are my cold-defense attire.
In heat, I just double over in sweaty, smelly agony.
Thus, I like the cold.

Of course not in Sydney- but I like cold weather. In Sydney it only gets cold enough to wear a jacket.

Cold, it's another reason to stay in bed.

For starters I should make it clear that I would prefer to have winter 12 months of the year. That said, its easier to stay warm then it is to remain cool.

I loathe hot weather. Cold is at least bearable, and sometimes fun. Unless you have to drive in it, of course.

Cold. Because the fog here keeps the sun from shining much of the time anyway.

Cold. You can put layer upon layer of clothes on to ward off the cold, but there's only so much you can take off to ward the heat.

After spending time in the desert southwest US (Including the natural blast furnace known as Death Valley), and the scorching 90-100 degree (and humid) summers of the southeast, and then the bitterly cold high Rocky mountains plus some sub-zero winter days in TN (oddest weather here... blistering summers and freezing winters), I got my cold weather conclusion as well.

Having lived all my life in the tropics, I prefer hot days over cold ones. Especially if you're laying on the hammock in a beach being served piƱacoladas...

Cold, as long as it's without the excessive quantities of snow and ice we get here in Buffalo.

Hotter the better. In fact, it's a good thing I live here in Alabama, I love the high humidity that occurs in July and August. Sweet Home Alabama!!!

If it's extremely cold, you can go inside and get warm.
If it's extremely hot, you can run but you can't hide.
