About freaking time: No date yet though.
Rounding out today's news, attention Seinfeld fans. One of the most successful comedy series of all time is finally on its way to DVD. According to the latest issue of Daily Variety's "DVD Exclusive" magazine, series co-creator Jerry Seinfeld himself reveals that he is currently in the process of digging up archival materials and creating supplements for upcoming Seinfeld releases. No word on whether these will be season-by-season sets, greatest hits packages or both, nor has Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment commented on any possible release dates. But, as always, watch this space...

I know a friend who'll enjoy it.
Along with his Buffy/Angel obsessions.

I think I am in the minority when I say that I never found Seinfeld funny. His show was deadly dull for me and the setups were a tad ridiculous. In typical whiney neourotic Jewish fashion (and NO this is not an attack against Jews for fuck's sake, anyone that lives in NY knows PRECISELY to what I refer) hiw orld view is quite shallow and ridiculous, the burning of the PR flag was a fine example where the cult of Seinfeld saved him from a truly offensive action.
And yes I "get" it. I just went to school with too many Seinfelds to find it funny at all, more like a sad waste of time.

Ah yes, I'll be watching and re-watching the episode where Kramer gets beat up by those martial arts kids! Too funny!

I never liked Seinfeld either... The fact is that British comedy is light years ahead of anything that USA can offer.

That show was worth watching, but not worth buying.

Bristish comedies are over rated. Only good things from the brits are MP and the who's line is it anyway.

Wahoo!
I now have a reason to live again.
Though now I've gotta save up for 9 seasons.
I'm fucked.

Ohhh, just what I want to drop cash on, a show full of shallow assholes who live in the most interesting city on earth and all they do is whine and complain
Seinfeld has never been funny, not once,
ever. You want funny, go to a George Carlin show, or watch one of Richard Pryors of shows, now thats funny.
Oh, and British tv comedy is lightyears better than anything the US networks has ever managed to pull out of their sorry collective asses.

Seinfeld is one of my favorite shows of all time. But, it plays about 3 times per day on TV, so I have no plans to buy it.
