So - expressions of interest and/or recommendations for location?

I recommend Sydney, it's more or less central to the country. City wise anyway, for true centricity we could all go to Alice Springs.

Just had a look at the Virgin Blue website, and it appears right now as though the cheapest return flight from Perth to Sydney is $438 (now that's gonna make a dint in most people's budget).

IIRC, yes, quite a few here and there. But ggs is over at Perth, and I don't remember any dirt cheap flights being offered by anyone between Perth and Sydney.

$438 sure isnt cheap for me. I'm a student, and in typical fashion
not rich.
Then add into the cost of living for even a few days there, and the price just keeps going up

General Insect repelent is what you need.
Since it is going into winter, the snakes are going into hyberbation, the insects are less active, and the tempearture isnt +30 Degrees
