Which is better?

Lager. Ale goes down wrong, I can't really describe it any beter than that. It hits my gut and, yuck!

I'm going to have to go the other way than Frank. My vote's for ale. It has more to it. Better flavour IMHO. Lager tastes like it's pulling its punches to me.

If I have to choose, I'll go with ale. But it's like asking which sex position is better. All of them are better than nothing at all.

I'm going to have to go with ale. Lager is good for impressing your friends with the fact that you can swallow it despite the fact that it tastes like shit, but in the end, a good ale will get you just as drunk and taste better while doing it.

Alcohol tastes like shit. No offense. But then, I've never tried ales, so i cant say much about them.

I too hate the taste of alcool,but if i have to drink beer i`ll take "Root Beer"

I suppose it depends on what you want

For a meal in a glass nothing beats guinness.

On a hot summer day a bottle of Corona.

Sitting watching football, it has to be a can of Tennents.

For a more civilized beer with a meal Budweiser Budvar.

If you go with a lager you can have a lager n' lime which is very delicious I might add!

I like the kind with alcohol in it.

However as much as a love Guinness sometimes on a hot night it can hang heavy on your stomach so i'd drink Newcastle Brown Ale. Newcy Brown is the shit. In Newcastle, before they watered down the beer, they had dedicated psycho wards for guys who drank too much. They didn't call it "Looney Brew" for nothing.
