Really stupid PC problem help

Ok, I use Juno, which is actually Netzero. The service is ten dollars per month. Anyway, I downloaded their new "Speedband" which was supposed to speed up surfing speed even while using a modem. What it actually did was change the resolution of web pages, so the quality is very low and the pages load up faster. The problem is now that, even when I turn the damn "speed band" off, the pages still load up with shitty resolution. Even now when I load up SD.NET, the graphics are fuzzy and my animated avitar won't move. What the hell should I do to put it back. The speed band is off...

Ok, I fixed it. I just needed to delete my cookies. I think it's fixed...
