As I was coming home from walking Fritz at a dog park,
I saw this paraplegic kid in a motorized wheelchair
zipping down a main road at 15+ MPH, with cars backed
up behind him...

Is that even legal? I mean, some people just can't use common sense. What that kid did was probably dangerous as well.

*easily dodges the bulldozer and puts a Railgun slug through Shep's brain case!*
Problem Solved.
EDIT: Casts Prismatic Sphere just in case Sea Skimmer tries anything...

And the HAB and IDF use the D9 Sheppard. As for that kid with the wheel chair, we all know we'd do it too.

I do have sympathy for those who are disabled and do often think how horrible it must be to have to go everywhere in a wheelchair. But, we have two students here on campus who do the same thing. They zip around on the city streets around campus and rather than stay to the side of the roads so traffic can get by, they get right in the middle of the lane and back up traffic.
Not only is that totally unsafe for them, it's unsafe for the motorists as well. And if you happen to be walking along and they are coming down the street or sidewalk, you better dang well get out of their way or they will practically run you down. Too bad they don't make them take some sort of safety course if they are going to get out in the middle of traffic.
Like I said, I do feel sorry that they have to use a wheelchair, but they do need to use them with a little politeness and in a responsible manner.

Finally someone who suck-up to respectfull people.
Seriously i sympatise with them, but some of them act like they think they`re the only one on the road or sidewalk, just like road ragers, dumbass cyclists and idiot pedestrians.

They are NOT allowed in the middle of the street where they will impede the flow of traffic. They must stay to the side "bicycle lane" if they HAVE to be in the road in the first place.
Motorized wheelchairs are the only mechanized transport ALLOWED on sidewalks, however, they must keep their speed down, (yes, they all have variable speed controls) and they CANNOT run pedestrians off the sidewalk. If they do, call the police on their colostomy-wearing asses.
Those things have amazing power and speed. I've seen kids do wheelies and donuts in them.
