If you break the law in stupid ways, you have no right to complain, let alone sue. They endangered themselves and as far as I'm concerned it's their own fault.

There have been illegal immigrants who died crossing the border and the desert here in Arizona. IIRC some of their families have tried to sue for wrongful death. I don't know how far the cases have gone though.

Which is why I think the suits have been lost or dismissed so far, but I think the idea behind them is in part an attempt to challenge US border/immigration policy.

Personally I think we should let more Mexicans in legally but be more hardassed about the illegals.

Link doesn’t work for me. I'd assume this is about the families seeing the US government after there relatives died in the heat crossing into the US. Its fucking stupid and the cases should be thrown out at once.
